You think the same about Dak. Before Parsons the defense couldn’t stop bad teams either.
I think Dak is a good quarterback but just isn't good enough to lead this team to Superbowl, 8 years, 2-5 playoff record, only one of those two playoff wins was against a winning team....how much more do I need to see to know he's not the right QB...who do you think was a better QB, romo or Dak, I think Romo was a better QB and he didn't lead this team to a championship either..

And as far as Micah and the defense goes, it was evidently too complicated for them under Nolan and how many years has it been now since this team could consistantly stop the run?

Romo and Dak are the same both had two really good teams that failed to make the NFC championship game. Most notably for Romo the 2007 Cowboys and 2014 Cowboys. Dak the 2016 Cowboys and 2022 Cowboys. 4 of the toughest losses I have felt as a Cowboys fan. I leave out the Minnesota loss for Romo because they blew us out and the same for the 2023 Cowboys that got blown out by the Packers.

To be honest I don’t remember us really ever stopping the run consistently. The Cowboys have always had small defensive lines since the 90s.

If I'm the GM of this gong show of an organization, I'd let Dak walk after the season, I'd Resign CeeDee to a long term deal, and I'd trade Micah for picks, he just dissappears in big games far too often....
If you let Dak go, why resign CeeDee when you don't have a decent QB to throw to him?

Dak's rookie year we were #1 run defense in NFL. Probably not a coincidence either that it was one of Sean Lee's few full-length healthy seasons.

Micah feels OWED and entitled. He talks then shrinks when things get real. Not just him either. DFlaw too. I want guys that crave big moments. Micah only talks about big moments but hasn't shown that he is "HIM." You want the bag son? You must first earn it.

We had the best running game on offense and that helped are run defense. Lee was tremendous though.
Looking back on it, don't think you can say it means Dak is crap, but it was the ultimate bus driver situation. I'm sure he looks back and wishes he could play then like he does now. LOL

Micah doesn't fit the mold of the Cowboys players. He isn't a yes sir man. He speaks his mind and is relentless on the field. People talk about he doesn't show up for the playoffs but that's on the coaches. They play him so much he wears down by the time the playoffs start.
THANK YOU

Micah plays way too many snaps. And why? Because the rest of the scrubs on the DL can’t make enough plays when Micah is resting.

Then Micah wears down towards the end of the season and people want to blame him.

It’s asinine.

Honestly, I'd trade Micah. I'd want him to be a Cowboy forever, but that's not gonna happen. He's gonna either be too expensive to tag or demand more than Dallas should pay.

Right now they could get plenty for him. Send him out of the division.

Use him to load up on needs.
Yup. Unfortunately, there is zero faith we'd know what to do with the picks, so I don't really care what they do. I guess I'd say trade him and maybe get lucky with the picks versus spending a ton on 2-3 players and not win anything.

If they re-sign Dak and get rid of Micah I’m done.

Only way you trade Micah is trading him SO YOU CAN DRAFT A NEW QB.

That’s the only way it makes sense.

I hear you but I don't fully agree, everyone else is burnt out too! He's been burnt out for years now, he's too young to be saying this
Coaches need to put him in a snap count. He can't go 110% every play or he is spent
When matters most.

I'm not sure how people don't see this. Instead everyone bashes him when he starts to break down, but nobody says anything about Toy Tank when he can't touch the QB. It's always, oh, D-Law does the little things! Get paid that much to do "little things". Only in Dallas.

Yep and let’s not even get started on the DT’s.

Osa plays football the first 3-4 games of the season and then goes golfing the rest of the year.

Maybe if Micah spent less time talking on social media he might show up big. Just a idea.

Dak was excellent that season. I am not sure if Romo could have contained himself with Zeke running so much.

Ceedee said it best about himself. He said I need to grow up. Same with Micah. Micah can be all world if he would get out of his own way. Leadership comes in many forms, and sometimes its the guys actions on gameday that ARE leadership enough. Less talky , more doing.
