It's the main reason why Jerry won't change his ways. People keep handing him their money.
I agree but if you’re already out a PSL fee you’re going to continue to renew, no?

I don’t at all know the terms, so I asked above to hear from season holders on it.

I wouldn’t go if someone gave me a ticket at this point.
I'd pick 2 games to attend, more than likely the out of conference opponents. I'd definitely look to at least break even on that 7300 with the remaining games. That's a worst case scenario...

I dont know the rules...im assuming there are no restrictions on selling your tickets.

$200 for one ticket a game. That's cheap.

Nosebleeds go for that on resales.

Dallas is playing 1 more regular season home game and 1 less preseason home game. These new ticket increases of $15 per ticket cost him about $60 per game since he has 4 tickets to every game. $600 of his increase is due to ticket price increases. and the other extra $300 he is paying is due to replacing a home preseason game with a home regular season game. Under the old pricing his tickets would have cost $6,700 this year instead of $7,300.

If Jerry is getting $15 more for every ticket sold at AT&T Stadium and say that 80,000 of those tickets are regular tickets (not standing room only) then he and the NFL are are making about $12 million more this year over last year in ticket revenue. $12 million will buy about 12 Jerry and Stephen free agent specials.
thanks for the explaining.
To me the increase is mild compared to what everything else has gone up. Many things have doubled in price or more.
And if he has 4 tickets to each game including PS, that is still a good deal.

$12 million will buy about 12 Jerry and Stephen free agent specials............No it goes in jerrys pocket, it cant be spent on FA.
Only cap $ can buy players.

Jones boys got you right where they want you.

Spending upwards of 10 grand a year on Cowboys related activities. Even got a nice picture of Stephen in your avatar there.

Some of you fans are way better than me.

If Jerry doesn't raise prices how is he supposes to cover all the extra payroll they added this offseason?
Everything else has gone up, only natural tickets for games go up too.
I doubt anything is the same price it was last year.

Here is the math on it. I have 4 tickets in the silver corners. 2023 had 2 preseason games and 8 home games. 2024 only has one preseason game with 9 home games. It breaks down to a 15 dollar increase per ticket which at first glance doesn’t seem like a lot but is a nice sneaky little increase that generates a nice chunk of change when you have 80000 seats.

2023

Pre (100x4)2 =800

Reg (175 x4)8= 5600

total 6400

2024

Pre 115x4= 460

Reg (190x4)9 = 6840

total 7300

PSL prices depend on location. In the silver corners where these particular seats are the PSL’s were 5000 per seat for a total of 20k for four seats. You have to pay them outright or finance them over the course of 30 years. The PSL guarantees you the rights to those particular seats for 30 years. Outer club seat PSL’s back when the stadium first opened where 16k per seat and with a ticket price of 340 per seat. The closer to the 50yd line the higher the PSL. If I remember correctly PSL’s on the 50yd line back in 2009 were 125k per seat with a ticket price of 340 per seat per game. People tend to think the price of the tickets are included in the price of the PSL but they are not. Ticket prices on the seats back in 2009 when the stadium first opened were 125 dollars per seat per game in the silver corner section they are now 190.

Stop: going to games, buying merch and clicking their links.
they cant, it is an addiction !
Jerry markets the teams the games, and the stadium is like the coliseum in rome .
People like going to giant stadiums to see anything with say 90,000 other people.
The product doesnt matter, they go for the atmosphere.

The stand up tickets where you cant even see the field is what I find amusing.
$30 just to stand up for 3 hours on concrete and watch game on a tv far away !!
But they too get the atmosphere, the crowd noise live and they are in the stadium.

There are many psychological elements involved in going to a stadium to see a game or other event.

Jerry thinks he markets the team keeps people talking and that is reason, but in reality ( not our admin) I now think
it doesnt need to be sold or marketed, tickets will sell themselves. People like going to the stadium for games or whatever.
Football is the most popular, it is the gladiator type event.

People also go to see the stars in person. Just imagine seeing the great dak prescott in person !!
Pappy should go and throw a tomato at him ??
Fans should take tomato's and if cowboys lose, throw the tomato's at them on the way out lol.

I had season tickets in section 313, row 1.
2 seats, $16K per seat, $340 per ticket par game, and $75 parking per game in Lot 11.

I sold them in 2016, as I had the chance to break even on my PSL's and took it.
Have not regretted it for one second.

Just got my STH invoice and these greedy buttholes raised prices again. I paid 6400 last year for four tickets and this year it’s 7300. Preseason went from 100 to 115 and regular season from 175 to 190. I’ve never sold tickets for profit but it’s becoming pretty clear that’s what this is all about with this franchise so I think it’s time to get with the program.
Next time just walk around the stadium there's plenty of TVs to see hot shot:cool:
