He's a six year veteran , not starting material but he could give us 3-5 carries a game.

It's not an impact move but this should create a little more competition.
who cares

u can get that any time during the season or off season from any where from udfa to free agent to a practice squad

what a use less point less move

That's probably what they said in 1975 when the Cowboys signed Steelers backup RB Preston Pearson. He was an 8 year veteran who never got more than 605 yards in a season.

They wouldn't have made it to the Super Bowl that season without him.

When the Cowboys got Jay Novacek off Plan B free agency, he was a Cardinal TE with a total of 81 receptions in 5 years. He had started a total of 6 games. He was a vital part of those three Super Bowl teams in the 90's.

We never really know how a player will react to a new environment but sometimes that's all it takes for a player to break out.

Now we can draft BPA.
Not really. Freeman is pushing 28 and has less than 500 yards rushing the past two seasons and only 2 TDs. Nothing to get excited about with him. He was signed to add some competition. We’ll still draft a back.

Man, you just can't make this stuff up. It's almost like they want to make the off-season more pathetic with every move.

The guy is solely a Goal Line back. Something the Cowboys lacked last season. Doubt hes gonna be in the Plans to compete for RB 1 or RB 2 even.

It looks like Freeman can play special teams as well. He will be competing for no 2 behind whoever we draft. I don’t hate this signing. Better than Vaughn and Davis.

Luepke can handle that job by himself, but we most likely have not identified that yet as a coaching staff -i.e Ferguson.

Took a flyer in fantasy on him last year when kyren williams got hurt. He got all the action over 5 games and had

63 carries for 292 yards and 2 tds. When Williams was healthy though he got all of the carries.

The name doesnt wow you but he has produced when given the opportunity but offers nothing in the wr department. Dowdle and him are probably pretty comparable.
