....are we excited? What are you looking forward to?

For myself, Im looking to see, how Zimmer will try and fix the run problems. Also hoping he can fix Micah's being on island mentality.

What say you Dallas fanatics? ...

Yes, always excited for training camp. Lots of unknowns going into this training camp what with the youth movement going on. This camp is going to be extremely important. :starspin:

Agree....we all remember certain players being hyped in TC only to see them disappear in live games
Come on you can wait until training camp so you can come here and ***** about something every day. Oh wait, you already do that.

I'll be interested to see how well the current crop of RBs will be able to handle their performances.

It should also be interesting to take note how well our present LBs handle their duties on defense.

While we're at it, how's about we take notice of how well Trey Lance handles his plays on offense.

You really know how to hurt a fellow fan.....do you feel better about yourself now?

Doesn’t appear the excitement level for the start of training camp is as high for some fans as we’ve seen in the past. It will be interesting to see if some of the fans that claimed they were done with the team after the loss to Green Bay are back on the board. Most probably will be. A lot of fans are still down on the team after the playoff debacle and the lackluster offseason. Expectations for the team are pretty low. I’m always excited about the start a training camp regardless how the previous season ended for the Cowboys. It’s a new year and anything can happen. In less than two months we’ll all be back to watching football on Sundays. :flagwave:

does he have what he needs to actually fix the run problems, hopefully he can say a word to the offense to give him a real test in practice, with the scrubs we have at RB on offense!!

I’m sure everyone is looking forward to Jerry’s press conference to open training camp so we get to hear his usual optimism. I’m sure like with past training camps, he’ll claim this team is better than last years team. :flagwave:

Don’t be a habitual negative Nancy and we can be friends.

KJJ, will be alright by keeping expectations low. Yeah, that GB game cemented, core issues the team instilled.

One got fixed, DC moved on. (thank god). But a few, still glare at us.

I'm going to keep this a positive thread...lol.. So' the rest is just our imagination.

The past couple of decades we’ve been better than expected when expectations are low. The last time I remember expectations being this low was entering the 2014 season. Practically everyone was picking us to be terrible. Even Jerry didn’t sound very optimistic but we ended up having a very good season and won a playoff game.
