Twitter: Brandin Cooks on Dak "He can't do it all by himself"

I'd like to put a horse's head in some our our Zoner's beds!
Just kidding! ;)

Cooks is just being the veteran standing up for his teammate. Yawn
He's also the new guy in the locker room who might only be making the comment in an attempt to fit in.

Serious question. How good were the guys around Mahomes last year? Has Dak not played with similar talent or better?
Mahomes had a better defense, that said...Mahomes is in a different planet than any other QB in the NFL.

Except we know that the players circle the wagons and take care of each other.
They don't care about winning as much as they do about notoriety and money. Nowadays these players act as if they should get paid without earning it.
It's disgusting.
Ok, just so I got it straight...

According to you, every player on the Cowboys lies for Dak so they can get paid. Also at the same time according to you, if Dak gets a deal they can't afford the players...

both things can't be true, if so explain.

The only time he needs to be carried is when we finally win a championship.
I got news for ya.

That’s not happening.

He’s incapable of leading a team to a championship.

He’ll just be in a long line with hundreds of other NFL quarterbacks who haven’t won anything.

So a pro football player can't talk football unless they've won a Superbowl?
Any receiver that literally gets 1,000yds no matter who throws him the ball, knows ALOT more about football than a random on a fan forum...

So his football opinion>yours
Does that go for Amari Cooper too?

The offense should be expected to do their part too. You can't keep hoping the defense holds teams to 3 points or less every week so the offense has a chance to keep up
You mean like that Rams divisonal rd game where the defense allows 549 total yards including 279 rushing yards and allowed the Rams to score on 6 of their first 7 possessions and had an opportunity to give the offense the ball back with time for one final drive but allowed the Rams to get three consecutive 1st downs before draining the clock.

Or maybe the first GB playoff game when the offense took the lead with 35 seconds left but the defense allowed GB to go 43 yards in 6 plays to kick a game winning FG (had the defense held on, we wouldn't be having this discussion about reaching the NFCCG).
