Signed by Cowboys Dak Prescott on a four-year contract, $240 million extension

People who thought we were moving on from him were delusional especially with a weak QB draft next year and no viable replacement on the roster.
Honestly, I think you are right.......they were never going NOT to sign him and they knew it.

They’re beyond moronic.

I love how they rushed to get the deal done before kickoff.

Absolute idiots.
Yep.

What you just saw is yet another example of why it's been nearly 30 years since we have even been close to a Super Bowl.

Dak is a good dude and I'll pull for him because I have no choice. But he's not capable to lead this team in the playoffs to success. He's been in the league almost a decade.

Just the definition of insanity.

Jerry: ....." Deadlines makes Deals . !"

That's clearly the Jones' Motto. They love and live for the circus drum roll and drama ......:muttley:

As usual with every contract negotiation with Stephen and co - all the hub ub was just for PR - becasue for all the nonsense, what did the Cowboys win with on the deal?
Seems like Dak got EVERYTHING. He'll at 35 he'll be able to sign another monster contract if his plays keeps up.

Tad on the party train
