Guyton did have some help at times but he did a hell of a job today.

He’s so big and his wingspan is so massive… add very nimble feet to that and he is going to be tough to beat.

The defense was awesome, but the O was aight, maybe because it’s so unbalanced? Clevelan’s D is really good, and they deserve some credit.

I was pleasantly surprised today, maybe the season will be better than I’ve been expecting since January?
Cleveland was missing both starting tackles, I’m sure that didn’t help them.

Dallas’s D got lucky with several horrid plays by CLE’s offense.

Times like this make me thankful Jason Garrett is no longer apart of this franchise.

A real coach knows how to neutralize a guy like Garrett even against a rookie tackle.

Garrett is a beast, but you're right. For quite a bit, Zimmer had plays designed to handle him. If DQ was still here, our defense would've been slaughtered. I'm really impressed with Zimmer's opening performance.

I thought there was a reason Zimmer's title was "Defensive Coordinator"? The subject was specifically about the defense. Am I missing something here? If the HC plans everything for the offense and defense, why would he need a DC? Or OC for that matter.
I've never played professional football, but I thought the title DC meant something?? Where am I wrong here?

Mike Zimmer is our defensive coordinator. Hence, the acronym DC. Garrett for Clevland plays on defense. So he had no part in blocking Garrett.
