I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow. I hope the Cowboys win, and I believe they have a shot. I understand Detroit is a good team, and are coached by a guy everyone seems to like a lot.

But enough with all the love, the stroking by the media, and even some fans here. Detroit has beat The Rams, The Seahawks, and the Cardinals. They got beat up by the Bucs. They are a little above average, but not as good as the top teams in the NFL.
In no way is this team as good as everyone is making them out to be. Chill, GO COWBOYS!!!

Fans on here give love to all the other teams. We have a group of Eagles and 49ers fans, and now they are shifting to Washington.
Envy or respect or both, who knows. I just want to get to the point, I feel good going into a game and confident we can win it. Maybe the is more what describes our fans for now. Give us something to be confident about.
But I understand what the OP means as well.

I don't have a feeling about this game right now. But leaning toward us not having a good game. Just like I did with the Steelers game. Mostly because of all of our injuries. And now Kendricks is out as well.

But that doesn't mean I want to give Detroit any love. But they are a better team than Pittsburgh. So it looks anyway. Maybe they aren't as good as they may seem.
But at least we are at home, not that we been good at home yet this season.

The Lions are a little above average at 3-1? That certainly doesn’t say much for the Cowboys who are 3.5 underdogs at home to the Lions. Currently Detroit is one of the better teams in the league. There aren’t any juggernauts out there. I think the Lions are the team to beat in the NFC.

You can rationalize all you want. The Lions are a good team. They have a highly ranked offense and defense and are well coached.

That doesn't mean we can't beat them.

Not so much love for the lions as it no faith in the Cowboys for some on here, understandably maybe. considering until last week this team never proved to me that they had enough heart to fight to the death! Throw in the massive amount of injuries along with the fact the Lions are coming off a bye and we played our butts off until after midnight just a week ago and that all adds up to the reality of the situation. Don't get me wrong, I'm picking us to win but I understand how other feel.

...we are due for Home win.. ;). So looking for Dak & Co to light em' up. If anything, im looking at real close game.

McCarthy winning this tomorrow, probably earns MM punch card point for extension.

Ace in pocket, Aubrey.

We tend to lose more games when we are confident and win more games when we think we are going to lose.

They are favored by 3 and people act like they are the 90s Cowboys/ I gotta see it.
..lol.... no way. Those 90's teams were special breed. Big physical bullies.

Det, SF, NOLA and Pitt now, .. are all influenced by the lots of movement in backfield. Screens, dumps, run-offs, quick pitch's...etc.

Zimmer needs to buckle down, heed GAP discipline or it will be long afternoon. Nothing against Parsons or Dlaw. But they usually get baited quickly.

They are so focused on QB sacks. Shame..... *shaking head*

I don't believe we are going to lose because the Lions are good. I believe we will lose because we will not be able to stop the run.

So when the cowboys beat them, will that make them the team to beat in the NFC?

Winning in an upset isn’t going to make anyone the team to beat. Detroit was looked at highly entering the season because they made it to the NFC title game last year and blew it.

It could if we come back healthy after the bye week.
