If you are picking top 15, what position would you target first?

Beast RB
Stud WR,
G
DT
DE

There’s so many holes on this team. The lack of weapons kills them in the red zone but they keep getting whooped because they can’t win the fight up front.

Jeanty

I’m a big believer in you do not draft a RB in the 1st round unless he’s special, and even then, never in the top 10.

However it’s looking more and more like Jeanty around 15 is a very good pick.

Throw in this FO’s laziness and it’s maybe even a lock.

I'd take Jeanty in the 1st or Kaleb Johnson in the 2nd. We are overdue for a new stud runner.

We're not in a position where there are a ton of positions to rule out. Pretty much BPA other than Dak's contract prevents really using a rookie QB and corner feels a little wasted.

Deon Walker is my favorite player in the draft, looks like he could be Chris Jones for us which would transform the defense.

Ashton Jeanty may be the best RB prospect since Adrian Peterson and honestly he's so good he transcends the "don't draft a RB early" draft mantra.

That said, we could go Edge, OT, WR, IOL, LB or S and there's need and or playing time available.

If there is a top-15-graded DT in the 2025 draft, then he’s a Dallas Cowboy.

Last 10 top-15-drafted DT’s:

Jalen Carter - Home Run
Derrick Brown - Home Run
Quinnen Williams - Home Run
Jordan Davis - Good Player
Ed Oliver - Home Run
Christian Wilkins - Home Run
Vita Vea - Home Run
Sheldon Rankins - Good player (but has additional value as 3-tech/nose hybrid)
Daron Payne - Home Run
Aaron Donald - Jury’s Still Out

My picks would be a DT, DE, LB (middle) or S (that is a stud against the pass and run). The only position on offense I would consider with a top 15 pick would be WR to offset CD.

Gotta toughen up the trenches. Gotta be defensive line. I don’t care what position.

I agree about Aaron Donald. I think if he played a couple more seasons, we would have a better perspective on how good he was.

Unpopular opinion (not with me) and yeah they have needs everywhere, team HAS to get a QB that can raise the level of play of those around him. Hopefully some of you have finally figured this out. They could actually get out of the deal end of next year and have a rookie QB deal to absorb the future cap hit.

NOT going to happen and even if we did want to I really see no one coming out at this time I would waste a top pick on

Graham DT Michigan
Wakler DT Kentucky(#1 choice but doubt he falls to us if closer to 15)
Jeanty RB BSU Dude does look legit-legit.
Egbuka WR OSU or Bond WR UT. WR talent is needed, and cheap at that. Both guys have some wheels to stretch the defense.

Seems OSU has some edge prospects worth watching more?

Passing on OL in the first.

My ideal scenario is Smith is the LT, Guyton goes back to RT.
Draft a guard in day 2/3.

No more Michigan DL. Aside from Hutchinson, the rest are busts. Supposedly the technique theyre taught is hard to overwrite in the NFL about get off.

I had the same thought. But, I think Graham could be talented enough as an athlete and football player to over come any weird techniques taught at UM.

Mazi was an "athlete" that scouts thought could be molded.

I agree about Mazi being more of an athlete than a player which is a mistake the NFL Makes all too often
have not seen much of Graham.
