Brandin Cooks feels he could bring an energy boost to the offense
The latest news surrounding the Dallas Cowboys.
By TCDeckard Nov 21, 2024

Brandin Cooks has been patiently waiting to return to the field for the Dallas Cowboys. The veteran wide receiver has been on injured reserve for the majority of the 2024 season, sidelined since Week 4 due to an infection in his knee, unable to do anything on the field to try and help avoid the current 3-7 record.

His practice window was opened on Wednesday, however, giving the Cowboys a total of 21 days to determine if he’ll be moved back to the active roster or if he’ll revert to season-ending injured reserve.

The latter seems extremely unlikely, seeing as Cooks is champing at the bit to play and, physically, is on track to do it possibly as early as this weekend against the Washington Commanders.

I would welcome an energy boost to our offense!!
hasn't been a focus to be energetic when he was playing, offensive coordinator doesn't realize the player that he has in cooks, just wants him to do the same sideline routes curls/come backs

Well with Rush at QB he will have about 5 yards of energy to bring before noodle arm sticks like spaghetti does when thrown against a wall

Dak kept overthrowing him, now Rush will underthrow him. Can't wait!

Whatever they do the rest of the season just go out and have fun. You’re getting paid extremely well and you’re actually playing for the next HC. Just have fun. And screw Jerry and his stupid son.

I don't know. I would rather we just completely suck the rest of the year. There is absolutely no point in playing guys that are old or won't be here next year.

I have never felt this way as long as I've been a fan. But there is no light at the end of the tunnel right now. I couldn't care less about this team winning another game this year.

You may be right, but Dak does the same over throws and under throws, how many times do our WR's have to come back or adjust their bodies to make a catch or attempt to

Wish Brandin would stay where he's at .........on the sideline (lol)
Guess we have to remember that players don't care 2 cents about draft positions ...........they are fighting for their careers.

The best boost would be to lose out and be in the top 3 position. That would be the best possible scenario. Have that position of value that not only has them at the top of the 1st, but also at the top of the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th.
