I think Turpin will get an offer elsewhere. He has rare speed and is shifty as well. Folks like speed. Imagine him on the Chargers or the Rams with big arm QBs.

Dowdle needs to go. All he has shown is he is better than a washed up Zeke. Players like him is why we never will be a Super Bowl threat. There will be a better back in free agency that the Cowboys could sign to help our draft pick.

Gholston is the only guy I would extend because he would be a good replacement for Tank.

He is a perfect RB2. In 10 games he has 112 attempts and is averaging 4.4 ypc.

Why spend a draft pick replacing that? Use it somewhere more important.

no he wouldn't dumb narrative that I hear from fans you think Jerry has control of zeke and yet zeke's gotten almost no production no carries no time on the field the last four games he doesn't control stuff he doesn't control snaps he brought him back 'cause he thought we needed a short yardage back and that was because of our wonderful Mike McCarthy and his offensive coordinator lack of skills of using hunter the year before more because if he saw hunter could do the same thing zeke can do they wouldn't have brought back zeke he used Rico and Tony wrong last year as well are we probably gonna realize that Rico was a lot better than he was getting credit for and they could have just rolled out Rico 20 snaps a game right from the beginning and did not this is all on our head coach our coaching staff everything all together but Jerry doesn't control who plays how much they play he put zeke on the roster but you can see Mike McCarthy's hard to use zeke in the last four weeks and I don't hear Jerry making them put him on the field he's done here we have young players that can do what he can do now hunter is a good blocker short yardage guy and we're good to go we wouldn't have needed zeke had our coaching use hunter a lot more last year and show jerry we had a guy for short yardage..

Last year we were one of the worst short yardage in goal line running teams in the league and our blocking was horrible so they brought back zeke they didn't bring him back because he's a fan favorite or thought he was gonna run for 1200 yards they brought him back for his skill set and that's not something we rely on this coaching staff to get right because they haven't got it right in so long I just can't wait for them to change then you guys wouldn't be sitting here with these narratives if you think Jerry controls things on the field you'd be very wrong.... He can put whoever he wants on the team doesn't mean the coaching staff's gonna use them and you can see guys like even jaylen Smith he admitted his mistake he paid the guy and they cut him literally with a lot of money left on his contract you said he doesn't do things like that that's what you all say that's another narrative and it'd be very wrong zeke will not be back....

Hoffman is a ERFA after this season so my guess is they make him a one year offer in the offseason. That would be standard. If he continues to play like he has for Dallas, I suspect he will look for a place he can start after 2025.

I don't know that I would keep Dowdle. He is the best RB on the Cowboys roster, but I really hope they upgrade that position a lot in the offseason.

The others I like as well. But I think 2025 will be like 2024.We will see a lot of Cowboys players leaving while Dallas does little to retain them.
