Good question. I know that not long after MM was hired, he mentioned wanting to talk to Jason about an assistant coaching position. No idea what happened......apparently he wasn't ready at the time. Jason always had excellent good communication skills with teammates on BOTH sides of the ball.

Parson and Dak are calling for MM to get a new contract. LOL, I can now see Jerry giving MM a new 3-year deal with Jason on staff as a mentor.
