Guy has become the clear on field leader of this team.

Clearly in pain, team is eliminated, and he already got paid. And he's out there gutting it out and making plays as if it was the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl.

I liked a lot about what I saw out of our team last night but Lamb impressed me more than anyone.

Great player, heart of a warrior. True leadership. That's a guy who deserves to wear #88.

Well done Cee Dee.

Agreed, CeeDee has taken a leadership role this second half of the season. But when #4 constantly does it, not a single word of praise is heard from a select few. (hint hint)

This thread isn't about anybody but Cee Dee.

He deserves some fanfare for showing out like that when he's clearly dinged.

Just trying to give the man his due.

He has shown a high amount of mental fortitude this season. And he is a beast at getting yards after catch when healthy.

If the Cowboys were a decent franchise, they'd sit Cee Dee down now. Eliminated from the playoffs, why risk injury or further injury, at this point?
Nothing to prove to teammates or this organization at this point, got your 1000 yards.....sit him down for his own sake. He is injured.

He’s truly a great one.

Pearson, Irvin, and Dez can rest easy knowing #88 is still in good hands.

By the end, I think Ceedee might be the best out of all of them. He’s already gone for 1000+ in 4 straight years and hasn’t even entered his prime playing years yet.

Odds are it’s an injury that the Drs have assessed as not being at risk of severely worsening, even if he plays.

If there was a huge chance he was going to tear his shoulder capsule if he kept playing, they’d sit him down.

Is that what they're saying about knee injuries, ribs, ankles too? Any given play, or a call from Tank Dell necessary?

What I’m telling you is that there are medical professionals evaluating his injury daily, and if they thought playing out him at serious risk, he simply would not be playing.

He is way to valuable to put out there if there was significant risk of sustaining a much worse injury.

Yeah, freak accidents happen, but they’ve clearly assessed this injury as one that can be safely played through if Ceedee can handle the pain.
