Shot Game: How to deal with the Jones Boys years?

Everyone sees the problem except for the people who run the team. We know that no significant change will occur until the owner is no longer named Mr. Jones.

So what are the best ways to deal with this because we have at least another 20 years with Stephen running the show? Any Raiders fans here? Maybe they can give us some advice? Here are my ideas….

Take a shot anytime….

• Jerry says it’s the most talented roster he has ever fielded
• Dak says the doubters are welcome, we’re going all the way
• Stephen says that a winning team did something we can’t
• Cowboys overpay for an extension
• Cowboys severely understaff a position of need with late draft picks
• The Jones Boys draft a dud on the defensive line
• Jerry blows draft picks on a WR trade
• Jerry speaks for the Head Coach in the media

Cowboys are exactly 4-9 in the playoffs in the last 20 years and I believe they won't do any worse in the next 20 years.

I'm confused at what you want us to do Vaq, but I'll try my best "We're hanging around the rim!" "Position Flex" Drafting another small school WR/CB and thinking they'll be the greatest thing ever!

He says these things after he talks to some position coach who is kissing his behind for getting that player….and who will barely ever see the field if at all.

It’s a real problem when the guy who insists on making every decision knows less than everyone else as far as what they are looking at.
