Copy cat league could hurt us draft day

As the draft is approaching, we have been diving into these players to see who can help this team. The deep class of DT's and DE's and the overall weakness at the "premium" positions, have had me excited about the possibility of Dallas finally landing a dominate DT to help solidify the front 7.

But this is a copy cat league. And with igglets defensive line's dominate performance on Sunday night I have a feeling that there is going to be a very fast, furious and deep run on the DT's and DE's early in this draft.
That makes me nervous and I'm wondering if we can still get the players we need for our front.

Do y'all think this will change our strategy at all?

Teams have always valued the trenches in the draft along with quarterback and offensive playmaker. It won’t effect the Cowboys to much. Our team is not all in on one player.

I think the effect may be felt later in the draft around round 3. I think more DTs will go early because of the Eagles dominance.

Exactly, which could hurt our chances of getting one if we're too late for Graham at 12 but don't want to reach for Grant or Nolen there either, we could have an issue getting a really good one at 44 or later.

I'm not sure Nolen is a reach at 12. I think he's worth the pick and a lot of draft pundits are coming around to that conclusion.

I agree, I hope they do too. I think he's really good and wouldn't hesitate to take him at 12.
