Well the way I see it, Dak and every other athlete who makes that type of money is very successful.
Yeah people will say this athlete or that athlete isn't successful until they win a championship. Thats cool. But if winning a championship make one player more successful than another player, then that means players like Nick Foles and Trent Dilfer were more successful at their football careers than Dan Marino and Jim Kelly correct?
With that said.... true success in my opinion is being able to create generational wealth for your family for decades to come. Winning a championship in a team game is the ultimate career goal, but if a player doesn't win a championship, it doesn't mean he or she isn't successful.
Championship rings and trophies will never replace having generational wealth. If that weren't the case, there wouldn't be pawn shops around the country with championship rings, championship belts, and MVP awards.
The pawn shops in Vegas are full of them.
So yes... Dak and others making that type of bread are VERY successful. Championships would just be the cherry on top.
