Favorite Transaction This Offseason

Sorry but when you take as much flack as I do, and have so much going on with all this mod training, you get burned out!!!! (no hard feelings bud!)
Just an honest question Coog, in your honest opinion, why do you feel that you receive as much flack as you do?

Because some take this too far, it's only a blog lounge. Personal attacks over a post that they DON'T have to choose to read. Yes I post a lot ok that's understood, but if it's something that's against the rules of the forum then it shouldn't be allowed on here, if it's fine, read it, you don't like it, respond in an adult manner! Not like a child!

Totally agree.

Easily bringing OSA back to the DT front . You’re developed him for his rookie contract now reap the rewards . Draft a Nolen or a Harmon to join him . Bolster the front .

I really don't mind the cheap moves we made this offseason. We're taking chances on young former first-rounders, particularly on defense, who didn't play up to their contracts.

If those had been coupled with a couple of high-value free agents, I'd be feeling good about what we're doing. I mean, even if we'd just gone and got a legitimate No. 2 receiver, I'd feel better about it. I would have traded a fifth for Deebo Samuel or a seventh for Christian Kirk, but there are other moves that could have been made without using a draft pick that would have been better than signing Parris Campbell.

Seems like we were talking about Sam Williams just yesterday, not meaning you personally, but Sam has been forgotten by a lot of Fans already.

Would love to have a 6'4' 261-pound LB/DE that has run a 4.46 forty, just has to prove he can bounce back from the knee injury and hopefully hasn't lost any speed, only time will tell that story, but in camp hopefully some positive news.

Would be a huge bonus if Sam can ever get back on the field and prove all the doubters wrong.

I can't say I have anything negative to say about the offseason moves, everybody always wants the big-name top FA, and Jerry has had very little success going that route.

Would be excellent if we actually hit on 2 out of the entire group,

Solomon Thomas, but I like all the moves we made really. I can't say I hate any of them. That said, we still need a dawg , a big fish signing. The moves we made leave me wanting more.

I’m happiest with Fowler and resigning Osa. I’m intrigued by Milton for the future. But presently I’m happiest with Fowler, Osa and how Micah’s contract negotiations are not destructive.

I wonder is Jerry considers resigning Micah as the big fish?

Fowler is the only player who moves the needle as a pass rusher.
Every other move is a downgrade when comparing the player lost to player gained.
The team's offseason sales job on failed draft picks who all of a sudden are supposed to be better players because they're Cowboys now is pathetic.

Sad times.

I'd probably go with Sanborn. Low cost and he may actually be the best LB on the roster right now if he shows he can stay on the field for 3rd downs.
Sanborn and Murray , hope they bring somw experience and real LB play in the middle .

Also the OL additions if they can field a better OL than last year , it will help

i pretty much agree, the RB might be a level move, the others are all low cost hope moves not much diferent than they have done in many FA's.

I would say Fowler, but I would say the only ones that don't excite me is the WR Parrish Campbell and RB Sanders signings - just training camp bodies that we should not waste to much time on

Has to be actually landing Schottenheimer as HC.

It's almost indisputable as the single most important signing for the 2025 season

Will you remember where you were when you first heard it drop?
