Sheduer dropping like a lead weight

I've already stated that unless there is more negative behavior than what is being reported....

The punishment doesn't fit the crime

No routine criminal behavior...no reports of drug use...no reports he hangs with thugs...

People just don't like deions brand. Deion isn't wrong, it's about on field football playmaking...not about wonderlic or impressing in interviews.

That's fine if you want disagree...and hang some moral hat over my opinion or deions and claim the NFL is trying to make better all around men by asking them to show smarts on wonderlic or show you care by being prepare for interviews. Whatever anyone wants to justify making it about not football anymore...

The Twitter spats with guys leaving through the portal....makes him look bad

Throwing his oline under the bus...makes him look bad. Was that just a candid honest answer and people latched onto it to hate...or has he done that before?

Questionable leader

He is into marketing himself and his brand

Only had his dad for a coach through high school and college

Has a strong personality

Possible father whom might meddle

None of these tthings deserves the world doing a 180 on him at the last moment and hitting his pocket book.

The interviews thing is bad if Daboll asked him to study and he didn't. But we are hearing multiple teams claim he was bad in interviews. Based on what?

He's got a strong personality, that's the problem?

I need more evidence than the things I've listed to see a qb fall like that. Qbs are highly sought after every year...even if you think he wasn't good or FRP material most years. He produced with low turnovers while having a bad oline....that, in most years, doesn't equate to 5th round

It's a stupid flex
Dude you are basing everything that u r saying based on reading how many mock drafts? How many reviews of him did u read from people that actually work for one of the thirty two teams? How many presidential polls have you read that picked one person to win and it turns out that the polls were all wrong? Reading mock drafts or watching someone on tv does not make the stories real.

And now we are getting somewhere.

Only those 32 teams and their peesonnel have the wherewithal to determine his value?

It doesn't add up...so must not be real.

I will give you the "his game might not transfer well to NFL" and I'll give you "his personality issues"...and it still doesn't add up.

Teams take big risks on QBs and hardly any of them work out. Bad look for almost all front offices decision making skills.

But this time it's different with shedeur is the go-to answer? Mixon literally laid a girl out cold on camera and he was a devalued runningback...and he went 48th.

Your trying to make sense but it doesn't add up.

This kid is that underskilled it fooled all national media and some former players. And his non-criminal personality caused him to go that low?

Seems like a lame gaslighting attempt. But we can play make believe so that you win.

It was a talent issue AND something else. Media circus, arrogant interviews. And then add in that he's short, slow, not athletic, and has questionable arm strength. Offhand, I'd say the ones rating him high were not doing their homework.

The mocks had him high, but I read more than one scout who was not impressed.
Still unprecedented.

Many keep saying that he should've been drafted sooner, but I have yet to see anyone explain why he should've been drafted sooner. Just some grey area babblings. He has all the signs/skillset of a mid-round prospect. He dropped a round or two from where he should've been taken, sure, but he was never a 1st round prospect to begin w/.
Um no. This opinion about Sanders being the #2 QB and first round pick was mainstream not some outlier morons who don't know how to evaluate the position. Please post any mock that had him any lower than round 1.

I was saying or implying after he fell out of the first, he could continue into the 3rd. I'm just saying, he comes with a lot of baggage that boils down to him being a huge distraction for any team serious about winning a SB.

I can't believe Deion, or Shedeur, for that matter, think what they're doing is OK.

Even after his "fall," Deion is arranging a meeting with the Browns.

That's part of the problem here. Their egos are too big to take the obvious hint that's already been signaled--by the entire league.

I agree. I'm not even saying teams made a mistake passing on him. I'm just saying his final draft position was one of the biggest shocks in NFL draft history and thats why it's been such a huge national news story. I haven't heard a thing about Cam Ward since they called his name. The draft was pretty much 3 days of Shedeur Sanders coverage.

I stand by my assertion...

Labeling a players personality Terrell Owen's 2.0 at QB does not equate to 5th round NFL draft pick based on the players production in college with a bad oline...at QB...and past drafts.

There is collusion and shaming going on. Kicking the player in the grapes by his new team selecting another QB in front of him is icing on the cake...it's not real.

Browns have the saber metrics dude as their GM too. He might have a mathematical plan to raise Shedeurs value and trade him...but blowing 2 picks on QBs is dumb according to this board.

I have proposed drafting multiple QBs every year until you get your Brady since this board only talks about QBs...no one liked it.

I don't know what is going on in Cleveland and their timeline/window....but the place is considered QB purgatory...and that's where Shedeur ended up.

Just all too many small lame flexes going on towards this player because people want to humble him.

I need better info than what is out there to agree with his drop.

Kipers been doing it a long time and didn't agree with it.

All I'm saying is go look how Deion shamed the incumbent Colorado players and ran them off. Never tried coaching them up. Basically told them to get in the transfer portal because he brought his Loui V.

If he got blackballed, which I don't think he did, well, that's called Karma.
