Sheduer dropping like a lead weight

It's a crap shoot

He might end up being successful. No one knows
Exactly, If you were a CEO and you had 2 prospects for hire where 1 checked all the boxes you wanted and the other didn't then you obviously pick the prospect that checks the boxes. The cowboys did not want to invest in that but you can't blame them when they got Dak, Grier and Milton...

They probably know the QB's coming in the following years will be better...

I get it...but their boxes have a terrible success rate.

I bet the league has passed up so many guys with moxie that had 'it' all because of some boxes.

Personally, I think a lot of football has been wasted trying to force pocket passers to succeed in this league.

I'm not pro-athlete qb, I like the look of stand in the pocket QB and don't want it going away, but too many teams' seasons have been wasted chasing these guys.

Shedeue isn't an athletic, running QB...but could he have the moxie to overcome the difficulties of the position at the NFL level...maybe.

Tall pocket passer with a cannon hasn't produced much success.

I'm sure scouts are already dialed into guys whom seem to not get rattled and process the game well...that's where I would be looking....and not getting blinded by measurements or certain traits.
