I’ve never been in an NFL locker room obviously. But having leaders in every corner should be beneficial to a certain degree.

Dak and Micah as the head of the table should help. Unsure though how much motivation nfl guys need.

I think it’s probably more about creating an environment for more natural communication than a meeting room.

Parsons isn’t a DE.

His best game ever was the cotton bowl. He was at MLB and wreaked havoc.

There’s a reason he’s run down by year end. He’s not a DE. He can rush the passer still just not lining up on a tackle constantly.

He also was the highest graded run defending linebacker in his draft class. FYI

I was in the military you didn’t need busy stuff , you were in the field. Don’t know what you were doing.

I spent almost 75% of my 22 years in Rapid Deployment Units like the 82nd, 101st, 7th ID, 25th ID, and 2/75th Ranger BN. Believe me, I spent plenty of time in the field as well as deployed all over the world. Having said that, don't act like you were in the field 365 days a year. You had to have garrison time so you could DX items, refit, and recover. Not sure when you were in, but when I served, you were either in mission phase, support phase, or training phase. If you're seriously trying to convince me that the Army doesn't give soldiers mundane tasks just to keep them busy... that dog won't hunt.

The S.S Jerry Jones IS the Titanic in itself. Last 30 years says I'm correct. However, changing the seating arrangement on the metaphorical Titanic won't change the outcome on Sunday's. But maybe just maybe we will play harder, be better prepared, and focused. This league is about team chemistry and working towards one singular goal. If changing the chairs helps, hey...what the heck, let's do it. We have tried everything else, except fire Jerry.
