Does anybody got the mini camp roster which lists those in attendance
I have it but cannot share it as I don’t want to jeopardize my standing with the team.Does anybody got the mini camp roster which lists those in attendance
First, I would say you were the exception. Most high school coaches wouldn't let players demand how they act. A strong coach acts as he chooses and doesn't let players demand otherwise.Wrong.
It didn't happen for me and a few others during my days. We were the top talented dogs, and when we demanded a certain jersey number, it was given. Plus, we proved we deserved those numbers.
Ok, so what did newly traded for LB Jack Sanborn have to pay Buddy Johnson? You do know Buddy Johnson has been in the league longer than Jack Sanborn, so tell us what exactly Jack Sanborn had to give to Buddy Johnson to get his jersey #57 ?First, I would say you were the exception. Second, when exactly did Blue prove he deserved anything at the NFL level? So far he hasn't even proved he will be on the team.
Third, you continue to ignore that in the NFL even top players aren't necessarily just handed the number of a veteran and sometimes have to negotiate with that veteran to get that number.
Deion Sanders, for example, bought Alundis Brice a BMW to get his #21 when he came to the Cowboys.
Giants punter Jeff Feagles twice made players pay to get his number (Eli Manning and Plaxico Burress). Think of that- Eli was the #1 overall pick in the draft, and he had to buy his number, and you expect the Cowboys to automatically take a number away from a veteran and give it to a 5th round draft pick.
I'm pretty sure Buddy Johnson asked to change to #23 when it opened up after Rico left.Ok, so what did newly traded for LB Jack Sanborn have to pay Buddy Johnson?
