The final missing piece on Defense for 2025+

...man, that's hard to say. Im just hoping he comes back 90%.

Though, playing safety might be good idea, on just the premise to avoiding heavy contact in the trenches.

It was gruesome injury similar to Jaylon's. You know how Jaylon turned out. I know he got signed by Raiders, but the guy is half shell of once was.
There was no nerve damage from what I recall. Jaylon had sever nerve damage and drop foot.

Reader is only 30 so he may only have a few more good years left, but he a big boy….of Mazi actually wants to play football and wants to improve, him with the big rookie tackle, we have two 1Ts.

If he’s on the final year of his contract then definitely don’t do it. We don’t need to give up more draft capital for 1 year rentals. Thanks for the info, I didn’t know his situation.
Yep, I think some fans have gone 2025 crazy because of Pickens. This is still a year to evaluate, we arent the finished product and certainly wont give up more Draft Capital for a rental, especially when we still have Mazi who's main failure is that he hasnt developed to the level McClay advocated.

That's on McClay. He pooped the draft room with the Mazi backing. Still shouldn't hold the Cowboys back from looking for better help inside. If they can find a big ol' nasty ugly to play inside at 1-tech, that could greatly help this defense perform much better.

The ole reality vs negativity argument haters use to justify their horrible behavior.
sure thing. everything the cowboys done this offseason has been so perfect and its all going to workout.
and you were the one who disappeared after the proverbial **** hit the fan, after a lot of fans in off season mentioned the lack of talent and issues with the team. even then you called it negativity. how did that work out for you?

"everything is awsome"....
