I'm convinced from what I have seen that he can be a really good CEO type coach. What worries me is that he's also calling plays. That's the part that I'm not so sure about.

I get the worry but he has offensive coordinator experience. I am encouraged by the fact that I think he took the criticism to heart that his offense was getting stale the last time he was an offensive coordinator. Reason being is that he hired a bunch of people that were not his friends so no yes men and they all seem to have new ideas which to me is what we need here. Feels like we been running the Don Coryell offense here for a long time. Hopefully these new guys bring more motion to it.

Install an offense where you wouldn’t swear the defense knew exactly what was coming. I could be wrong but going back to Garrett it feels as if that happens far too often.

Just…one way or another, don’t be predictable.

That aside, Jerry is the coach, the players know it, it’s a major problem, but it isn’t going away any time soon.
