If you don’t have a leader mentality when you’re dead broke then you don’t develop one when you get paid.

I honestly don’t care how involved a player is in a community. I only care about what they do on the field.

But you can develop a leadership role with experience.

Being the best you can be is great but it does not make you a leader.

Sure, you can........ It's not hard to see. You pass the experience on to others ........I think some of us go out of our way to overthink things. Some that are simple and make sense......

Some players are late bloomers. Takes them a few years to learn from their mistakes, mature and become leaders.

CeeDee isn't a late bloomer, he isn't a leader. He's had plenty of opportunities to step up and has not done so in college or in the NFL.
