I do remember I needed to keep that same energy when you realize our whole entire coaching staff was changed in order to change a lot about our team including the trenches that are bringing in their own players not many but it doesn't take many they're just needing to spread what their expectations are and make sure everybody's in the right spot and know what the expectations of the coach is trying to convey that is why these players are here they're bringing in their type of guys and it's not going to get done in one offseason but yes the coaching staff's going to make a big difference all across the board..Remember, Hitchens was drafted when Eberflus was our LB Coach. He had athletic limitations, but was a solid starter that always was in the right spots to make plays. We don't need a star, just a steady starter.
We will be an improved team by default ,
because of injuries there was an excessive amount of injuries last year if that doesn't happen this year we're improved ,
the coaching staff alone improves this team and then you have the moves made in the offseason is from said staff, a lot of them are giving input on who to draft and who to bring in as free agents, all of that together says this team is improved,
Every bit of your perspective and most of your write ups or you don't see improvement, why because they didn't bring in Aaron Donald, because the name on the back of the jersey doesn't fit your mind, but I said this before you go get a guy like Keenan Allen or Amari Cooper or Debo Samuels, hey because they have a name it would make you feel like this team was improved no I telling you they all had down years last year and the moves we made are probably better regardless of what their names are on the back of the jersey they fit the scheme better they're going to fit this team better and we should just wait and see how this all works out before we condemn it to there's been no improvement I see no improvements....
I mean, this is why sometimes when you bring a $17 million pass rusher in name Huff it didn't even work out for Philadelphia in year one big name free agent was supposed to light up the world and didn't do a damn thing so why don't we let this new group coached by this new staff have a chance to actually show it on the field before we make this assessment that nothing's been really improved...
