Cam Newton: NFC Championship or bust for Dak this season

In the next 2-3 years?…So that means you would have waited 11-12 years for Dak to do it?

Yeah, that will shut ‘em up lol…
It's a process..... a very slow process, you know like Rome wasn't built in a day. That took a few hundred years. Fortunately, no one will have to put up with Dak that long while he takes his time trying to figure things out..

Oh my! :lmao:

Imagine waiting 12 years to reach an NFC Championship game and bragging about it.
Daniels just did it in his first season at Washington of all teams! :lmao2:

Go Dak!

I disagree with Newton. Dak is safe and will play for the Cowboys thru 2027.
Dak has had so many prove it years that he has failed and yet the blame goes elsewhere. Dak is like a cat with 9 lives and just when you think his time is up Jerry somehow convinces the fans he has suddenly gotten Dak help.
And as much as I would love to see Dallas draft Arch Manning. Dak will win just enough games to make that impossible. He's been doing that his whole career to Dallas. Just good enough to ruin draft position.
Dak should of been let go after his rookie contract. Hurts was there in the draft as a replacement.
Sadly I agree. Unfortunately we are lumbered with him for a few more years. So it's about light entertainment of watching him butcher the games that matter before we have any genuine hope of being a serious contender. I'm going nowhere to enjoy the Dak Prescott clown show in the interim.

Fully agree re Hurts. There were a few of us hoping Jerry would pull the trigger and ride Hurts on a rookie contract. The front office passed and Prescott butchered the Superbowl window.

Cam Newton is talking out of his butt again. There is no way the Cowboys get rid of Dak before 2027. But if Dak has another bad season like 2024, I think the drum roll will commence though.
I agree completely. That doesn't mean they can't try to draft a QB.

The problem I have with this stupid Cam video, he's acting like it's all up to Dak. He either does it or doesn't. You have other players that also want to go to the NFC championship. Other organizations that put more effort into going to the NFCCG.

Yup, we are not a championship team. Not seeing that we're even close. Vegas put us at 7 wins, sounds about right. Vegas doesn't mess around, this is nothing but a money decision for them. If anything, w/ the fervor of Cowboys fans, it might be higher than most think. The odds in Vegas change to even out the betting, so it doesn't appear bettors in general have much faith that we'll win a lot more than 7.

Not only can they draft a QB, but I think they absolutely should try to draft a QB. If Dak has a bad 2025 season, then QB becomes a necessity. If Dak has to play again in 2026, at least they have a guy they can groom for 2027.

What's the right response to this, is it "Daniels had a stacked team around him and Dak never has"?

I want to make sure I'm following the right agenda.
