Machota - Camp observations through the first five practices

Lol. It's only camp but Dak isn't a good super deep thrower anyway (I'm talking beyond the "20 yards" statheads say is a deep pass). If he can't even get close with Pickens on the team, that'll stand out all the more.

how do people come up with this stuff, when facts and data is readily available? or is this just your googly eyed observation and conclusion.

Deep Ball statistics

here is another one.

deep ball stats by year

for comparison, in 2023, Purdy threw the highest number of 30+ yards deep passes. for a total of 31. Dak was 3rd with 24. 40+ yards, Purdy had 14, Dak had 7. Stafford and Love also had the same.

so what does this mean for the uninformed like you? Purdy had 6% of his throws being deep ball. Dak 4%, the rest were about 3-5% range. so SF tended to go deep ball more than others, by a total of 7 more throws in 17 games....

the stupidity of this board never astonishes me. its like I want to be part of Bash Dak cult and I am going to just jump in and say anything stupid to get a few likes from some of the cult members.

Dak's game has holes and he needs to improve in playoffs. no doubt. no argument. but at least find some real stuff, not just jump on the bandwagon.

Will you support him if he fails year after year after year?

I won’t.

Save that.
I support the cowboys, not the eagles like some people ;)

I want to see him improve his game in the playoffs and get to minimally CCG.
But you tie yourself to anyone just because of your emotional issues with Dak related topics.

I can give anyone a few years.

If you do not show you have it after a while then I want to move on.

That goes for Milton and everyone after Milton and any position on the field.

you sound so desparate, that you are hanging on to a straw in the middle of hurricane in atlantic ocean.

you are one of those people who just likes drama, without it you are lost and nothing. so when Dak is gone, you will try and stick around for a little while and then disappear. you are not a fan of the cowboys. you are Fan of Dak Hate. Leeblair is the same way. after Garrett he disappeared for a long time. he hated garrett. now only to show up since last year joining the Dak Hate Cult. all of you are exactly the same. emotional angry at life people.

what do you think about your eagles this year?

Honestly I don't know that Dak has ever had a great deep ball. They are a lot of high floater 50/50 type balls.
When the receiver was wide open & any other QB could have done the same.

Over the shoulder to a receiver in full stride with a defender in position, not so much. Out in front in full stride, not so much. Bullet back shoulder passes, not so much. In other words a player who can't change the game by making those key plays.

Deep Ball statistics
"Highest Deep (20-Plus Yards)"

Did you literally quote my post and then do this? Stupidity you say? No kidding.

That's great if I was talking about the sheer number of passes being thrown and not the QB actually completing them. You know, data that actually says something about the efficiency of throwing super deep balls which was my point?

.... and I am going to just jump in and say anything stupid to get a few likes from some of the cult members.
You don't say. Lol.

I’ve gotta stop engaging with you.
your choice. I am not facing you. here I will make it easy for you to stop responding.

Dilfer is a winner. Marino is a loser. you get to start a team who do you choose?

I know you won't respond, because this question has been out there for over three weeks. you have ignored it. responding to my other comments.
you are in a lose lose situation. if you respond now, I got you to respond. if you don't respond, you are just ignoring the question because you know there is no right answer for you.

enjoy your day.

Oh, now you're adding "duper" to it. Lol. I never said that. You're also not addressing the fact that you lied to avoid admitting what I pulled showed what it showed. 30+ yards wasn't a cherry pick. It's what funnels out the misconception that 20 yards is a "deep pass."
Wait I lied? About what exactly lol? You can say I didn’t disagree with you but calling it lying is rather arrogant of you.

And my bad on duper take that out lol.

And why 30 yards? 20 yards is consistently considered a deep ball throw…unless you Dak and it’s 30 lol.
