Notice in his replies he is insisting on the super deep part while original post only mentioned deep ball connection.

Thos is what is very well known as a Strawman argument.

Lol. It's only camp but Dak isn't a good super deep thrower anyway (I'm talking beyond the "20 yards" statheads say is a deep pass). If he can't even get close with Pickens on the team, that'll stand out all the more.

- Play of camp so far: This deep ball from backup QB Joe Milton to Blue. The offense got the perfect matchup with a defensive end defending the speedy running back. Milton delivered a nice throw on the run, but Blue gets the most credit for the one-handed grab.

- Speaking of Milton, the big arm, athleticism and size all jump out. He looks like a robot built to be the ultimate quarterback. The one area that will be interesting to monitor in the preseason is how long he holds onto the ball. We’ve seen it during these practices where the defense is not allowed to hit the quarterback. The pressure goes by him or he tucks the ball and runs if nothing looks open. But how will that go when there is another team trying to take him down? He did just fine in that area last year in the season finale for the New England Patriots.

You don't remember? We had a back and forth on the numbers I pulled on Dak on balls of his that landed 30+ yards beyond the LOS. Remember how paltry those numbers were for the vast majority of his years that you ended our discussion by lying and saying that most were like his recent decent year? Yeah, that. Lol.

Oh of course. Everyone loves the backup. People did it with Lance. Dak doesn’t have anything to worry about with his salary he can’t be scared of competition.

And there’s going to come times when they use Milton’s legs and the ignorant part of the fanbase is gonna want to see him full time because of it. All I’m wishing for is to see Milton play well this offseason. Hopefully he gives us something fun to watch in preseason he has all the flash just need to develop the consistency with his arm and reads.
