Who said Jaydon Blue can not run between the Tackles? Hmm...

Blue also seems to have fixed his college fumbling problems thanks to the Cowboys coaches. He's covering the football with both hands when running through the line of scrimmage and in between the Tackles, plus holding that football high and tight to protect against stripping attempts.

Jaydon Blue is looking very good. Better than advertised. If he keeps this up and starts lighting it up when it counts (regular season), whoa, the Cowboys might have gotten the biggest steal in the 2025 Draft.

(Keeping fingers crossed)

:starspin: GO BLUE! GO COWBOYS!!!

Blue ran between the tackles his whole college career.

Haven't played a preseason game yet, and vs the Rams all the RBs struggled, heck, Blue ran into the back of Booker instead of cutting. Luepke ran the best to me, finding and hitting holes, to be honest. Hopefully Jaydon is everything y'all hype him to be, but just hold on before breaking out the anointing oil.

Can we at least wait until some preseason games go by lol. He is running in practice where no tackling is allowed. Its basically 2 hand touch lol. Lets see how he react to getting hit in the NFL.

if all the rb's struggled then one looking good is worth mentioning, ya?

Sure because it was the FB. I didn't see all the plays, but from what I saw this guys gotta put in some more work.

Whoever said he can't run between tackles never watched him much. They didn't do it a whole lot, but when they did he was good enough at it.

Texas was pretty much limiting his wear and tear because they want their players drafted and always have good RBs.

*Sigh*

I'm hopeful that Blue can turn out great, but these videos you're choosing are misleading.

There was maybe one or 2 plays in there against the Rams, and they were "okay" runs at best. The other 95% of the video was all Cowboys with plays replayed repeatedly.

Agreed, especially w/all these bogus rumors about trading for Cooks which make no sense. I'm not sold till we see a live game w/Blue in there, at least from a RB1 perspective.

How can any RB be evaluated during a non-tackling structured practice?
I've been playing guitar for 40 years. I can hand you a guitar and tell if you can play or not....it wouldn't take Madison Square Gardens.

Maybe YOU can't, but experts can probably gauge it pretty well. Depending on the rest of the team of course.
