Elderly abuse? To whom? 82-year-old Jerry Jones? If that is true, someone should tell Micah Parsons he is not trying nearly hard enough, lol.Micah is guilty of elderly abuse...

That's the contract that has been signed. Want a guaranteed contract then sign a guaranteed contract. So has Jerry ever released a player who was under contract? Sure he has. So don’t come with that “he’s under contract” foolishness. We all know how pro sports works.
Did you not watch how the Prescott contract drug out? Lamb holding out?Every rookie signs their first contract and it is set.
Part of employee relations is that, if possible, you compensate those that outperform the model.
This should have been easy. Just like Lamb and Prescott.
I cut him from my IDP FF league. When we drafted Parsons, I was overjoyed. I loved the pick and for a while there I thought we should build around the guy!! I thought he was a true Cowboy. A true Cowboy!! I can’t stand what Parsons has become. He’s become a disappointment and I hate the guy. Jerry Jones needs to trade this man NOW. He’s a toxic me me me first kind of guy and if I was younger, I’d give an uppercut!!!
He has all the talent and that’s why this hurts so much. I thought he would become a legend of this franchise. I thought his talk of taking a team friendly deal might have been true. You know what? I can’t believe I’m saying this but Jerry Jones is the victim in this situation. Parsons is entitled and it’s showing!
I'm not your grandpa and his existing contract has nothing to do with this. This isn’t the used car dealership grandpa.
It’s literally against the rules what Jerry did.
He needs to get his *** out there and workMicah’s not looking for a new contract for this season. That got locked in when the team exercised the fifth year option. He’s looking for an extension. It would commence next year.
The union is strict. They don’t trust owners. Jones is an example of why. They discourage it, but players can elect to represent themselves. Or they may select an agent certified by the union. Owners, per the CBA, may not deal with an agent that is not certified by the union, regardless of the player’s wishes.
Jerry - thank you for making the Cowboys relevant again all those years ago and curse you for your horrible way of running a team.I'm with Bob Hayes, Jerrah made this personal in public, and now some people are giving him the victim card...
Should have gotten rid of Zeke and Dak when they pulled similar ish. We aren’t in any danger of winning a Super Bowl the next 2 years. Send a message now! When we drafted Parsons, I was overjoyed. very true. Micah talks too much and has proven he just wants the most money and that it is all about him. Not a fan of Dak but at least he played his signed cotract . Micah is not even that special and has disappeared in the important games. Trade him and get the team bette with those picksWhen we drafted Parsons, I was overjoyed. He’ll start at some point. He will not forfeit a single game check. How inspirational an effort he’ll make remains to be seen. Jerry makes the business decisions off the field. Micah may well make them on the field. Most people would agree one’s health is more important than one’s wealth. He needs to get his *** out there and work
He’s toxic because he wants to get paid like other players lolWhen we drafted Parsons, I was overjoyed. I loved the pick and for a while there I thought we should build around the guy!! My post that you quoted concerns his existing contract. So your reply about Jsrry's recent issue is irrelevant.
Jerry holds all the cards but the Cowboys are conducting business like absolute clowns. He’s toxic because he wants to get paid like other players lol
What sound bytes?Micah simply needs to quit giving soundbites for the media. His negotiating gamesmanship is backfiring. Stay quiet and enlist your agent to do the talking. But Micah can't seem to place duct tape on his own mouth.
Micah deserves his money, despite 1 sack in 4 playoff games.
Jerry, on the other hand, is a talking machine too. Can't stop Jerry from talking. It is what it is.
Simmer down everyone. Dak was quiet, in training camp, and got vilified for getting his money. CeeDee was quiet, though out of camp, got his money. This is the way Jerry loves to operate. Nothing new.......just blame Jerry for this mess.....again, as the Talking Heads have more to talk about, more so than any other team's training camp business.
Micah is not required by law to play for the Dallas cowboys. The contract simply prevents him from playing elsewhereunder contract law one has every right not to honor a contract they voluntarily signed?
Try not paying your mortgage for 6 months and see what happens.
Precisely. It is still the United States of America. I take comfort in that.Micah is not required by law to play for the Dallas cowboys. The contract simply prevents him from playing elsewhere
......since his tweet. Just stop tweeting. What sound bytes?
Micah hasn’t made a peep since his tweet.
His agent made one comment. Micah? Nothing.
What? He was supposed to make his trade request privately? That’s not how this works dor *any* athlete.......since his tweet. Just stop tweeting.
Want to be traded?.....Willing to play for less money?.....Team player, don't' care about the money?........these have been topics from Micah.
I believe in Micah......just need to stop talking/tweeting about this for people to second guess with.
Never made a declaration of Micah not talking. Just sayin' it would serve better to let the agent do all the talking. That simple. I understand Micah can't stop talking or tweeting.......just like Jerry can't stop talking. It is what it is. The Court of Public Opinion is running wild. What? He was supposed to make his trade request privately? That’s not how this works dor *any* athlete.
If you expect professional atheletes to not be on social media you are decades out of touch with the world despite being on social media *right now* yourself.
