The starting quarterback position should always remain competitive. They need to consider multiple options They need to start drafting quarterbacks and grooming them.

Not having other viable options at the quarterback position forced them to bend over for Dak, not once, but twice. It severely impaired their ability to acquire additional talent.

It's as if Jerry finds a franchise quarterback and suspends any further search for the next ten seasons.

When Jerry was playing at Arkansas, did he beat out all others at that position and that is why he was a starter? Doesn't he remember that competing made him try harder and get better?

I'm shocked that someone who played the game in college doesn't recognize the benefits of genuine competition.

Grier is a journeyman QB3 and he's never going to be more than that.

If Pickens has a great year they’ll pay him unless he gives us trouble or demands WR1 money. They didn’t make that trade for one year. Not sure why anyone would be more excited about a move for a backup QB than a starting WR who has great playmaking ability.

No, accuracy can be worked upon very well improved. In a cluttered view, clutter has to be broken down and timing introduced. Trainable if focused and lead.

I heard Babe talking about him after speaking to Shimko. Babe talked about him being 6’5” 245lbs and can run and has the arguably the strongest arm in football. They just need to harness it. It’s very exciting and can’t wait to see him play more

I don’t see him getting $30 million per season from anyone next year unless he has an absolute monster season and doesn’t cause any problems. He won’t re-sign on the cheap. He’s looking for a big contract.

This isn't the right time to form lasting impressions of Milton and his need for time to develop his game and get in tune with his receivers. He deserves time to develop properly and get his game into proper correlation with his receivers. That takes precious time and certainly isn't an automatic undertaking.
