I don’t get why people can’t agree it was good for both teams. Anyone watching can clearly see Packers are a good defense. He puts them over the top. But it’s all about be Ming right on Jerry. We know he’s bad. Doesn’t mean the trade shouldn’t happen.

Micah is awesome. I don’t regret the trade at all.

If football is a team sport then the Cowboys should be able to greatly improve their team with all these assets.

Exactly!! This game is won by 22 players not one. Micah got a half sack yesterday so not sure why all the remorse all of a sudden. We haven't been able to stop the run in years. Love to see a change there. Last night I saw a Green Bay offense executing and a Commodes offense that wasn't. Micah didn't win that game.

Trading the most talented player on the team maximizes the chance to get a Super Bowl for Dak.

Let that sink in.

That cements it that we are locked into Dak forever. He’ll be 40 and Jerry will be hanging on to the “4, 5, 6” players from the Micah trade

I supported the trade before it happened because Jerry had gone scorched earth, but I had at least hope I might be able to fantasize for at least a season or two that we would rebuild.

Hopes dashed. We will never rebuild and Jerry continues to think Dak is a truly elite quarterback and not just a “good one”.

The direction for this team is just a mess.

Parsons is a generational talent. That I agree with and cannot argue.

But he was also here for four seasons and Dallas did not advance past the divisional round of the playoffs. They are more that just one player away. They now have four first round picks the next two years and can set themselves up for a mini-rebuild.

Jerry Jones' word salad aside, I can see the point he's trying to make. Which is rare because Jerry can speak for 30 or more minutes and not say anything of substance.

We just need to hope GB loses in the divisional round. Getting a pick between 24 and 26 would be very helpful. If it’s a pick between 29 and 32, much less so because it’ll be the same as an early 2nd. There are usually 25 or so players with first round grades every year.

Team wasn't a SB contender with Parsons, they took a step back in hopes for taking steps forward towards the future. I would say right now, both teams are happy with the trade.

I see exactly what you are saying but what happens if all four 1st rounders become ALL-Pros and Jerry had done anything to change the way he does things? Then what.......I'll tell ya, we are back to square one. This team has always had winnable talent......generally 2-4 ALL-Pros. The problem is Jerry surrounds them with a bunch of bottom feeders with limited talent/juice.

Agreed plus can't really grade the trade till 2028. All it takes is Love to get injured and that draft pick could start to rise even higher. I think last night was more Matt Lafleur has Dan Quinns number more then anything to do with Parsons.
