This current roster cant win

We have the best run defense we've had in years but no pass rush. We locked up an average tight end. He's not explosive and isn't great at catching in traffic. The best hands on the team is Pickens but his routes aren't great. The run game is lime the parcels era. 2-3 yards which helps but we need an occasional broke tackle. We can't get buy with average play at tight end and running back. Something has to improve. Our run defense keeps us in games. But somebody needs to start getting sacks.

This current roster can continue to evolve. Two games in, it's not just about the talent on board but still getting in sync with the coaching staff and vice versa.

This team is just above mediocrity we will win 8-9 games and be in the same spot again next year u til we GM and a commitment to winning we will just be above average. The Jones’ in my opinion run this team like a business vs other owners that run it to win and will sacrifice profits to have a championship.

I expected a much worse team than what we have seen the last two weeks. Eventually the attrition of the season will take its toll. So far It's almost like they have a full size card board cut out of Jerra in the nude stripping one piece off for every win. Well maybe putting it back on for every win.

You nailed it. This team has lots of weaknesses.
We are looking at a worse record than last year's team.

Where did you get this from. Their Dline is loaded ...similar to the Eagles OLine. Not sure if you're saying this coz of Dak but he played well.

Agree, right now the QB position, besides our kicker, is the least of our issues.

Although I like to give the season at least 4 to 5 games before declaring thumbs up or down, I think its obvious to anyone that our defense will finish bottom 5.

So, this is the point i just enjoy each game with low expectations and every unexpected win is a bonus

Yeah but another draft, some bottom feeder free agents and we are back for more beating bad teams and having no real chance at a legit run.

Nothing changes except the calendar.

Yup. The pattern has been a few peak years where they lose in the playoffs sandwiched between years of mediocrity

I value you on this mb but as much as we cannot stand Jerry, thats not him suiting up playing D. THE HC won a game before the other 2 media darlings did. Glenn and Johnson. I can't understand all the shade at a guy that is so beloved around the league. Meanwhile, the undying affection for the bright shiny objects of Glenn and Johnson have looked horrid so far. But ok then.

The Giants’ defense is actually pretty good. They have a lot of talent there, especially on the line. It’s their offense that is horrendous yet they brutalized our secondary in a terrible way.

Diggs is a m2m cover corner. They were playing him in zone. If you watch some of the replays, he let guys run past because he was unsure who was covering who. When that zone wasn't working all game, you'd think they'd move off it in the 4th.

Yeah giants defense that is good according to you so cowboys scored 40 on that defense so if you’re going to say we can’t win with defense so let’s go to the other side the offense is elite so everyone talks about the defense but nothing about how good the offense is only look at negatives not positives
