Every DB on the team got burned by the Giants. It wasn't just Diggs. It is amazing how fans can lock on to one guy and ignore everyone else who played just are poorly or worse.

When you're so-called top CB, making an insane amount of money for the type of garbage he was throwing out on the field, then he must be called out for it. Yes, you are correct the entire secondary looked and smelt like burnt toast all day look. If it weren't for Wilson's gift parting gift to the Cowboys in OT, the Boys would probably be sitting in last place in the Eastern Division this fine morning.

They traded away our only stud pass rusher, so what did you expect to happen?

Cut Diggs some slack. He is coming off a second major knee injury. He's not even supposed to be back yet. It takes time to play 100% after his injuries. It might take an entire year. Plus, he is not a zone CB. He is way better at man coverage.

Although I like to give the season at least 4 to 5 games before declaring thumbs up or down, I think its obvious to anyone that our defense will finish bottom 5.

So, this is the point i just enjoy each game with low expectations and every unexpected win is a bonus

Yeah giants defense that is good according to you so cowboys scored 40 on that defense so if you’re going to say we can’t win with defense so let’s go to the other side the offense is elite so everyone talks about the defense but nothing about how good the offense is only look at negatives not positives

And then, when we get a team together that can win some games, Jerry gets all weird and starts making odd draft picks and paying the wrong players. And I mean it happens every time.

We have the best run defense we've had in years but no pass rush. We locked up a average tight end. He's not explosive and isn't great at catching in traffic. The best hands on the team is Pickens but his routes aren't great. The run game is lime the parcels era. 2-3 yards which helps but we need an occasional broke tackle. We can't get buy with average play at tight end and running back. Something has to improve. Our run defense keeps us in games. But somebody needs to start getting sacks.

That's a mix of truths and untruths. The defense is a liability while the offense has kept us in games with a chance to win. CeeDee obviously has the best hands on the team, not Pickens.
We all want better performance from the TEs, but I believe the running game has been better than we have seen in recent years. We always want improvement so way to state the obvious.

The franchise is doing another rebuilt while the car is running. I wouldn't expect a lot from this year or the year after. The OL is young, and need more time to gel. Maybe draft a RT to replace Steele

The only hope i got after our miserable offseason and draft is hope for the #1 overall pick in 2026.
