7th rounders are no more than practice squad bodies, I'd say 1/10 times they actually amount to something. Wilson was a captain on the Bengals which the cowboys could use some leadership on the field.

We’ve had pretty decent luck with late rounders in the past. Even if the odds are slim, a 28 year old lb who was replaced on his own team won’t help us significantly
