Schottenheimer is a stop gap . We all know that.

Brian Flores as our head coach would bring an immediate culture change of manhood to our locker room.

If not him then Robert Saleh who we should’ve hired in the first place would be a fantastic secondary choice.

But Flores is the perfect guy a tough, SOB no nonsense in your face in the game in players faces highly impressive guy.

Schottenheimer was riding high after he won his Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs a declining football team and then he dropped the ball on national television back to back with two disgusting performances two performances that should never be forgotten.

He was conservative. He was afraid his play calling against man-to-man coverage was embarrassing.

Get rid of him and his visor

He was a head coach before in Miami and there was no immediate culture change in that locker room. His offense was anemic. He is one of the best DCs. Go hire him for that job

1. Jerry is not hiring ...someone of Flores' "background"
2. In addition, you have the pending case against the NFL
3. Jerry's ego is wrapped up in Schottenheimer. It's his baby -ala Garrett - so he's gonna get a ton of patience.

In short, Jerry feels this is the last coaching hire he will make. He ain't budging.

another known name , ANOTHER KNOWN NAME.

This is not a drill.

Recyling and regurgitate.

lol never going to happen. Jerrah would never be comfortable with a strong personality like that. He needs a nice guy who knows where they stand.

Saleh was in line for another HC job that is either open or comimg open I read last week. Flores hasnt failled enough as a DC to be found in the bargain bin which is where Jerry likes to find em nice and cheap. My point: neither will be HC here anytime soon.

These posts are silly.

You literally just explained why flores would never even be considered for a job here

“Immediate cultural changes”

Do you guys even think before you post ?

:oldcouple: yay, got my emojis to work again. Now if I can figure out how to copy and paste a gif on my cell . Lol.

Schottenheimer isn't going anywhere. I will shock if Jerry fires the one person that needs to be, Matt Eberflus..

Flores had a shot and failed. He's a very good defensive coordinator.
He didn't get much of a chance in Miami, and will definitely get another shot. I hope it's here, honestly.

Schotty changed the culture THIS year. Where have you been?

Shotty complimented him quite a bit in his presser yesterday. Bring em in for DC! I doubt he gets a shot at HC after Miami
