The most likely outcome is they fire Eberflus and bring in a coaching staff that can hopefully give the offense a chance to win games next season.

Not sure about that but he certainly needed better creativity in certain situations. Sometimes he gets it wrong. Makes things too hard

They got to the playoffs with better defenses.

I get it, you don't like Schottenheimer (not like I'm a fan) and that's perfectly fine, but using McCarthy and Garrett as barometers is borderline desperate.

At least compare him to coaches that don't just trade the flaws of the moment for the other flaws those coaches had (and they had several).

Schotty cant call plays in the red zone, dont you get it? If you cant score you cant win! he is a one trick pony, he runs the ball in tight formation on 1st down in red zone, you are wasting plays
He runs the ball twice just past midfield, too conservative, he doesnt attack the defense.

The offensive line is suppose to be dominant being high picks, they cant get half yard on dive play? Come on, he cant coach
