Dak's longest completions this season

Dak is in 9th place amongst all NFL quarterbacks for passes completed over 20 yards.....

And Dak is tied for 1st place with Matt Stafford for passes completed for over 40+ yards.

There was a poster here who claimed Dak couldn't find open receivers downfield and was just "a check down quarterback" this year.... so i asked him to explain his logic vs that stat i posted above.

Lets just say I've been waiting for his response for weeks.

There are some intelligent people here that make good arguments for their lack of faith in Dak. Whether I agree or disagree with them, I still respect their takes.

But why do the other bunch that I refer to as low IQ Dak hating cowards always post lies and post things that never line up with real life facts?

Thats the million dollar question.
Throwing up jump balls to Pickens is not "finding" WRs...

Dak has improved in a ton of areas - he's enjoyed sustained offensive investment for a DECADE.

Screw the million dollar question...I got one for SIXTY MILLION DOLLARS: "Why do the cheerleaders try to behave like analysts?" You are an ACTIVIST...not an ANALYST. No amount of facts will stop the Dak cheerleading...which is why ...yall are cheerleaders. We're up 20-10? CHEER! DOWN 35-7? CHEER!

So stop pretending you want "logic" and measured responses. Yall are dutiful doting cheerleaders...nothing more.

I don't think a lot fans can appreciate the very fine line between check-downs and holding the ball too long. Your QB needs to be half monk, half hitman...and you are walking that fine line a lot when you are pushing the ball down the field.
Yeah...a lot of fans can't appreciate Dak's genius.

7-9-1

Again, you never answered the million dollar question.

Why do you low football IQ cowards tell lies that fail to line up with real life production?

You said he doesn't find receivers downfield and always checks down.....

But the league recorded production amongst quarterbacks this year, says that Dak is 9th in passes completed over 20+ yards and he's tied with Stafford for passes completed over 40+ yards?

I didn't make this up, its what he's done on the field. Now explain why your comments don't line up with reality. You can't give an honest explanation because you would look extremely stupid. But I'll give you the opportunity to explain.

Odd....I didn't see you say this in the "Dak had the most drops on catchable balls" thread. Maybe I missed it?

And I totally agree. There sure is a lot of gray area in that "stat".

I responded to the person that brought up Dez's Packer game catch.

lol...GINeric, at it again.

Why you never highlight things people start out saying to me first? Why you always highlight and cherry pick my response AFTER I was originally addressed?

Why do you protect people here that tell lies in the threads that I destroy with real life facts? You like protecting agitating liars?

I thought that was beneath you. Im disappointed. You let me down bro. Stop being Captain Save A ***. They don't want to be saved....

No, you have very good points, but the nasty rhetoric that you throw in with your responses actually make your case weak and you don't know it. Just an FYI.

You're all over the place. I didn't say Dak always checks down - though there was a time that was true ("Dink and Dak"). My point not crediting Dak with being some expert thrower of the deep ball is multi-faceted and layered. I jokingly summed it up by not crediting him with jump balls to Pickens as a good deep ball passer. But it does go deeper. For one, scripted plays where the guy reads the D and throws an accurate pass is DRAKE MAYE (you know, the guy in the SB). He doesn't have 6'3/4" all-pro WRs on the outside to heave it up to after holding on to the ball too long. In fact, in the deep ball montage I found 2 good passes...the one to Turpin being his best. But even the one to CeeDee where he scored was LATE, OFF AND NEARLY INTERCEPTED.

I'll just stop there.

Ok, cool. You got it. So when are we gonna address people who constantly post baseless lies in the threads?

Why do we accept liars and hypocrites around here?

I mostly just read, and let others make their case, it's just you could be much better at your stance without all the nasty in there. But, I will now bow out and leave you alone. Peace.

OH...and this is EASY: STAT PRESCOTT

EMPTY CALORIE YARDS. He had less empty calorie yards this year because the D was so bad. But rest assured...he had them.

So you're saying a quarterback putting up top 3, top 4 production at the NFL level is empty calorie yards. Thats interesting because the first time I've ever heard of "empty calorie yards", "garbage time stats" and other little kid sayings like that is when Dak came into the league.

Why haven't I ever heard another quarterback in NFL history attached to these specific names for their yards?

There have been thousands and thousands of quarterbacks to have played professional football. So you mean to tell me that Dak Prescott is the first and only top 3, top 4 quarterback in a season to have "empty calorie yards" or "garbage time stats"?

If not, please give me the names of other quarterbacks who fell under this category just for context. Dak couldn't possibly be the only quarterback out of thousands to play this position, correct?
