I honestly think they do........it's why I have predicted a deal by March 3. Can't help but think about a GM saying lots of time parties agree on the numbers rather quickly, but the structure and terms are what clog the process.

Unless they plan on spending on QUALITY FA to fill holes this off season. They need 2 years to re infuse talent on the defense.

Signing another WR for 100 plus million makes 0 sense.
