The problem is the Cowboys are one of the few teams that draft not one All Pro with whatever pick.

Draft picks are important. If you are great at drafting you can allow yorself to miss on one once in a while.

But if you are doing obvious major mistakes and make wrong decissions on 80% of your draft picks and FA choices people will get attentive and judge you more closley.

No, Seattle, Patriots and the Eagles don't take that type of risk. Especially for making those types of maneuvers that waste valuable draft picks. If they did they would have their GM fired.
