Cowboys look to Draft Culture Changing 1st Rounders

I agree with this. If you don't already have culture-setters on the field to lead people then you are facing an uphill battle. Q seems like one. Don't know about anyone else.
Yea it's common sense to anybody who has been in any corporate setting which is what the nfl really is. That's why it's funny to me that Jerry and Stephen just put out such garbage to fans.

no he did not leave the scene of the accident so thank you for screwing that up
That is why I said I do not know that much about it.
But I did read it in here in another thread. And did not know if true or not.
So I did not screw anything up.

But thank you for screwing up by trying to say that I did.

Oh Boy. The should be interesting.
Not only do thy need playmakers. And tout BPA. Now another criteria is they must be able to change the culture of the team. Not just on the field but in the locker room as well.

Does this limit players they are looking for?
Does this mean Bain is off the board, because of his 2 year old off the field incident, of where a passenger died from the car accident. That he left the scene of, supposedly. I don't really know all that much about it.

Or does "Culture Changing Players" really mean nothing to discuss. As it is saying the same thing as High Character Players"
But they always come up with some what they think is cute saying. But it really sounds dumb at they same time.
Man Micah, and diggs must have done some bad things to this team. I wonder if it's more so Jerry or more so shotty I bet it's not Jerry, Jerry loves the spotlight

I agree about needing a change of culture. No more only in it for the money guys. Micah, Diggs, Dlaw and so many others while good at times and even exceptional at others didn’t inspire their teammates and were selfish in some ways. We need some Michael Irvin’s on this team. Guys that want to win so badly it hurts and will do whatever it takes. This is not about being a choir boy.

lmao...I hope they can dance Greek and play ping-pong and paint ball, if so, you are on the team! Shotenhiemmer and his fake culture.

Seems like they're more that way when they get the big contract!! Sometimes before also, their heads get too big

You change the culture by hiring a GM not from the DNA of Pat Jones and Jerry Jones. Hire a Head Coach and let him be the HEAD coach.

Culture changing players is nonsense. The Arlington Jonesboys need GAME CHANGING PLAYERS under a new GM and Head coach to be the Dallas Cowboys again..

I was thinking the same thing. You could almost say , we need Styles more after who we signed in FA. Not saying Downs would’ve awesome. But Styles would help fill a massive hole
I’m currently debating that in the NFL draft thread. Someone says we shouldn’t draft for
Need. Styles is more than a need pick. He checks all boxes he just so happens to be a need. I’d take both for the record.

Where did you find he left the scene of the accident? He was the driver and the vehicle was disabled. Did he run away on foot?

That is what was posted and implied in another thread. Supposed from a news article. I did not read the art lie at the time, I didn’t have time to. That is why I put in the disclaimer.

It was not reported that Bain left the scene. Has something come out to refute that?
