News: ESPN: Sources: Browns, Rams finalizing Myles Garrett blockbuster trade

This is delusional, verse is much more valuable than overshown at this point in their careers. Overshown might be worth a 4th if we’re lucky.
Is anyone doubting Verse? He was DPOY and has had two pro bowls in his first two seasons

He’s better than anyone on our defense outside of Williams and Downs.

He was not DPOY. He was rookie of the year based 4.5 sacks. He had 7.5 sacks last year.

There is more than two ways to win the SB. It’s more than just the Stephen way and more than the Rams way. Seahawks had a way too……as did the Eagles.
What?! There is no “Stephen” way because he’s never won a SB, that’s the point.

It's good for them too. But a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round pick in three different drafts isn't a lot for a very good player.
They traded a very good player. The Browns got Verse.

IMO, the Rams are the best organization in football right now, but I think they overpaid. Verse is an exceptional player at a great cap #. I don't believe Garrett represents the upgrade that he is assumed to be. And as great as Garrett is, he's 30 and has a pretty high snap count history.

Then again, the Rams have proven they can draft, and this may very well be Stafford's last year.

Gotta feel bad for Verse. One minute he's prepping for another deep playoff run, the next he's packing his bags. For Cleveland.

There is only one "way" in your post that doesn't have a Super Bowl attached to it. And that "way" has been around longer than the others you mentioned.

What does that tell you about your "Stephen way"?

That said, I'm not sold on the trade. Three picks and an upcoming defensive player may be a bit much.

Like I said earlier there’s more than one way to skin a cat. Don’t get caught up in “Stephen’s way”….he doesn’t even have a way….

Once again the point isn’t who is the better way. The point was there’s more than one way to win a ring. I don’t have to do the Stephen way or the Rams way. We literally just saw the Pats and Seahawks approach it differently.

They are in win now mode.

We are in hanging out at the rim mode, looking for rebound players that no one wants.
Welcome to the “30 year All in while hanging around the rim” era.

I can almost guarantee a quote coming soon from Mr. “Air Quotes” Jones himself very soon.

Something about how proud they are as an organization that they are “financially responsible” and won’t mortgage their future.
