Should Turpin put more focus on special teams than WR?

Right for a guy in the middle of the pack yards per kickoff who by the way started his career as an UDFA let’s give jobs out before camp has even started .

Someone else insisted he led the league in kickoffs yards per , he was not in the top 5 . I said Dallas routinely got the ball at the 27 it was actually 26 and change Turpins average. With these new kickoff rules if you’re not starting at the 30 or better your team has problems . The NFL wants scoring .

Turpin led the league in yards returned but it was around 26 yards per return .

Ray Davis of Buffalo led the league in actual yards per return he had over 30 per return . Turpin was not in the top 5 of actual yards per return as all the top 5 were almost 5 yards higher than Turpins 26 .

And obviously I’m talking kickoff returns not punt returns .

There’s more punt returns than kick returns but we also did a poor job of blocking and got too many penalties on ST. I was shocked after the chsngez to the staff we kept ST coach

Yes he should have made a change even a college ST coach since a large amount of the asst on the staff came straight from college ranks

Like I said, the ST coach must have pictures of Stephan with a horse or something to still have his job
