I don’t get the purpose of both Kp and AD….

Only thing I can think of is to have a counter for the Spurs. Main problem is that both of them have been very injury prone

Rumor is that LBJ and AD as a package deal as part of LBJ’s requirement to sign with GSW. Also means AD plays PF instead of center, which is his preference historically.
