Twitter: Would you rather have Clowney or Miller

I think they want to see what they got in the young players. Both will likely be there well into camp
Not sure about that. Miller was signed in mid-July last year. I prefer to get players under contract before someone else sees they have a need and signs them. Of course, like I said, I'm not sure that Clowney will sign with anyone until camp is nearly over since that has been his MO of late, so he might be available if it looks like our young guys are going to need some developmental time.

EZe has to show it; the rooks have to show it and frankly the likelihood of them getting the job done this year without more help is low. we need a nother pass rusher who has SHOWN he can do it. This BS of we like our guys and we need to wait for them to develop and so on is NEGLIGENCE.

I don't disagree. Maybe they can get it done, but each year, we go in betting on players who haven't proven anything and that's where the chain breaks.

I mean, I even like that at safety we have Thompson and Hooker (who I don't think is great but has proven himself as a starting-quality safety) in case Downs struggles acclimating to the NFL. Now, there's lots of reasons to believe that won't happen, but I believe in Be prepared.

Miller used to put on pass rush clinics for players in the off season. I think hed be a much better teacher for our young pass rushers. He'd be great at teaching them to be pros, plus hes done it at a much higher level than Clowney. We saw what Clowney brought to the table last year and I cant say I was impressed.

I'd gladly welcome either one or both of them.
If one isn't available, I'd gladly take the other!
