One saving grace for Tony- this wasn't quite as embarrassing as Terrence Williams and his scooter.Never fails.
Right before TC starts. A Dallas Cowboys gets arrested.

I do agree with that, it seems they’re “usually” either smiling or have a really angry look. I would think someone with his stature and overall reputation would try to keep a neutral face, drunk or not. Appearing to think it’s funny isn’t a good look, but that’s never been a problem for him anyways.I could be wrong but smiling for a mug shot tells me he was drunk.
CBS Sports isn't smiling right now.
And that is why I was offended when we saw a group start DAMM in retaliation.MADD has to be one of the most successful grass roots organizations ever. They changed the culture and perception of drinking and driving in a big way. It was pretty much a free for all in my early driving days.
He’s a nut job. He changed his name and I hide but couldn’t hide good enough lol.

I'm fairly certain he is guilty if he was arrested and already has a court appearance. I am no lawyer, but I believe the only way he'd be proven innocent is if the batteries on the breathalizer were dead, lol. I'm sure this will be less than a tap on the knuckles, but that won't mean he isn't a naughty boyinnocent until proven guilty
Lol, that was hilarious! And at least he was trying to be safe by not driving a car, lol.One saving grace for Tony- this wasn't quite as embarrassing as Terrence Williams and his scooter.
I don't drive drunk, but probably over the limit legally. It doesn't take much. And I'm not "bringing" about it.Not something to bring about. Pretty stupid actually
I agree with that, but I also think if he's the type of person I think he is, then he should use the platform he has to do something publicly. Drunk driving is a problem in our society that hasn't really gotten better, so having someone who did it own up to it and campaign for others not to make the same bad choice would be a good thing.I’m saying as far as like making a public announcement. I think actions speak louder than words on stuff like this.
Reminds me of this.I got a DUI once and had to go to AA. They told me to stop hanging around with people that drink, so I stopped going to AA.
I hate the whole "smiling in your mugshot" thing, regardless of who it is. I mean, you got arrested. At least pretend to treat it with some gravity.I do agree with that, it seems they’re “usually” either smiling or have a really angry look. We covered someone recently who got a 30-year sentence for negligent homicide because he made the choice to drive drunk. He was 19 years old at the time and his decision ended up killing his 19-year-old passenger and a 50-year-old who was just minding his business when he came over a hill and the 19-year-old was in his lane. It’s only a mistake because he didn’t harm
Someone. Could’ve easily killed himself others and that’s when it goes from a mistake to stupidity. But I guess you can say it’s stupid to even take the chance.
lol...people make mistakes, and I'm sure Romo is embarrassed about this. It's not like he is always in some sort of trouble. He may have been in some Golf Club with some friends after playing, and I know playing golf things can get REALLY fun in the club house afterwards.Reminds me of this.
I once read about the evils of drinking. So I stopped reading.
Doesn't Nascar garages use those for their door pull ropes?Somebody get the noose

Doubtful.Gives CBS an excuse to fire him.
Fun at the 19th hole. Beer and drinks all around.lol...people make mistakes, and I'm sure Romo is embarrassed about this. It's not like he is always in some sort of trouble.
