Yeah sorry, and you're spot on. 90s Thunderpimp and I had a great discussion on this last year after the Green Bay game in which Micah beat Traits Guyton at the snap countless times BUT was like a nano second from getting home all game long based off how Dak and Schott had specifically gameplanned for Micah. I never seen Dak get rid of the ball so quickly AND with positive results.

Its when Thunderpimp and I said the stat category of pressures should probably not be a stat at all based on IF the play succeeded in spite of a pressure.
So the pressure was irrelevant.

Thats where you and my opinions differ. I see a big difference in the guy who actually hit the homers(gets sacks) and the guy who gets warning track/off the wall doubles.(gets pressures)

I believe this distinct difference can be a primary factor in winning and losing games.

If you can't sack the QB or protect your own QB your odds of winning are slim.

My opinion is that the current roster does not have a proven home run hitter edge defender. And one is extremely needed.
Nor a QB blindside protector for that matter either. Extreme need there as well.

My wishful guessing, trade for Crosby/Sweat or Highsmith and sign Wagner OR Trade for Brooks and sign Clowny or Miller. I'd prefer the first option.

Look I don't expect any big moves I mean I guess it would be nice if Brooks or Crosby somehow they found a way to bring one of them over or maybe it's a different move when I we haven't thought about but I'll take a guy off the free agent list as well Probably moves like they did 3 or 4 years ago when they brought in Gilmore and Cooks they filled a need they both played pretty solid football.

Look they're just telling us how they feel right now doesn't mean they're gonna make the moves it's saying that they're interested they've been interested in Brooks and Crosby They made fair offers and were turned down so I don't want to hear all the nonsense about how they don't try they've been making the effort and if one of those somehow rematerializes that's great but I'm not expecting it at all..
