News: Fox: Tony Romo arrested in Milwaukee for OWI

He refused the blood test if I recall.
You really should pay better attention if you're going to be so strong in your opinion.

The bodycam video ended with the officer reading and explaining the implied consent thing. It's not clear how that ended but he did respond to her telling him he had the right to contact a facility of his choosing to have blood drawn at his own expense by saying, "I'll do that" as she was continuing her spiel.

We don't know the end result but clearly he didn't refuse anything other than the pbt.

Romo literally refused it and they got a warrant, lol. The results take weeks.

I truly hope you recover.
You're the kind of person people point to when explaining why first-cousin marriage isn't recommended. Hope you remembered your hair net and washed your hands before clocking back into the prep line.

No he didn't.

Show the evidence or go back to yelling at clouds.

He refused the preliminary breathalyzer test which is only used to determine probable cause for an arrest and is not admissible as evidence in court. There is no evidence saying he refused the official breathalyzer or the blood test. The only evidence either way on that was him mumbling "I'll do that" on video, as the officer was giving him his options one of which was to have the blood test done by the facility of his choosing at his expense.

It is unknown if he forced a warrant or submitted to the test once he understood the situation.

I will be surprised if it takes weeks. In my opinion, celebrity toxicology tests usually have quick turnaround times for minor circumstances like traffic stops. Delays usually grow when the offense is more serious. Or worse when injury and/or death is involved.

That's just what I read.

There was a search warrant issued. Whether you like it or not.

Oh! you really got me!

*end of sarasm.

Tony didn't just get an OWI ticket. He may have lost a second highly compensated media career.
......its the children we should be thinking about.

With only 80 million net worth, they all may hit the streets by the year 2525....."if man is still alive" *

There is zero public record of a warrant being issued. Whether you like it or not.

Sorry streetwise, your spidey senses mean nothing.

That's just what I read.
I was not disputing what you read. I was only giving my opinion that it would not surprise me if the tests would be expediated by the same authorities, who are saying it would take weeks to get back the results.

Haven't heard that one in a month of Sundays.

I have no idea why it should take weeks to do his blood work.

In 2026 I would think it could be done overnight in a lab.

Just had complete blood work done on my dog twice and both times it was back in a day and that is complete blood work not just checking to see how much alcohol is in the blood.

I hope your pooch is okay. I am also a trained dog and cat nutritionist, should you desire any advice.
