A clearly hammered Dak was not convicted because the breathalyzer (which said he was over the limit) may not have been administered properly.

So True...not convicted, just like good ol Romo so far.

We can both agree that drinking and driving is a bad idea.
I also suspect that with anyone that even occassionally drinks outside of their home, there is a 99% chance that they have driven home at some point in their lives.

It's a bad idea no matter what, but it's the ones that do it often that seem to always get into wrecks. They often are even driving with suspended licenses; it's so common for them.
