That's not the goal. Not even close.Dak has a chance to break into the Top 4
Where did this come from? Because I haven't seen anything close to that.Dak is not even in anybody’s. Top 15. Let alone top 8.
He’s in the top 7. Google it.Dak is not even in anybody’s. Top 15. Let alone top 8.
Only by talking heads to fill air time and casual fans that apparently don’t understand team sports. It doesn’t matter if dak is good enough or not. The position is judged heavily based on playoff wins. I don’t make the rules. And there is plenty of evidence to support dak not proving he’s good enough in the biggest of games. He’s had plenty of very bad games in very big games.
Those QBs played calm and cool...and didn't make big mistakes. "Driving the bus" doesn't just mean don't crash. It means not even a parking ticket.I understand why you won't answer the question. Its cool.
With that said, Dak is already good enough to help a team win a Superbowl. There are other quarterbacks who weren't on the tier that Dak is on that have helped their teams win a Superbowl, and you're absolutely correct. Winning a Superbowl doesn't make an quarterback "elite tier".
You call that "antagonizing"? Dude...So you're the funniest of all the antagonists here?
He is back and trolling as usual.Where did this come from? Because I haven't seen anything close to that.
Correct that’s why you have to take everything into account. Which is why winning a Super Bowl alone isn’t enough. Its definitely not the only criteria because its a team game. Yes people place unfair blame and unfair praise on the quarterback position but that doesn't make those assessments accurate.
No quarterback wins a Superbowl by themselves. That has never happened and never will happen.
Correct. Nobody is arguing otherwise. Not sure what’s so hard to comprehend here. It’s the same reason why Eli Manning isn’t all that special.Going up a tier doesn't guarantee a Superbowl victory. It increases the chances but guarantees nothing. If that were the case, every elite tier quarterback who has ever played would be Superbowl champions, but we both know thats not the case.
Just like every team that has won a Superbowl didn't always have an elite tier quarterback under center.
Dak is not even in anybody’s. Top 15. Let alone top 8.
35 TDs, <10 INTs and 2 playoffs wins would probably do it for me.
Winners like Tom Brady, Troy have a number next to Super Bowl titles..35 TDs and 10 INTs are Dak's statistics.
2 playoff wins are the Dallas Cowboys football team record.
In this forum there is no middle ground. Dak is either the best or the worst.“Dak is the greatest”
“Dak is the worst”
Carry on…
If Dak gets to tier 1, what does he get for that? A cookie? Popcycle? Honey poured on him? What? Such a meaningless post. But, I do have to admit, it was a tier 1 post in your eyes. Good job!So here's how I see things:
Tier 1 is currently agreed upon mostly as Mahomes, Allen, Stafford, and Burrow. It's hard for Dak to dent the positions that Mahomes, Allen, and Stafford hold. All 3 have MVPs and 2 out of 3 has a Super Bowl. The only one of those without a Super Bowl has been in the playoffs for 7 straight years.
However, if Dak has a banner year (upwards 39+++ Touchdowns) - and if some of his counterparts have a bad year, spot #4 is not totally firm. It can move around fast, and Dak is a threat to take it.
Right now Dak is in Tier 2...... #5-8 with Lamar, Goff, and Herbert. Guys who are very good at what they do but not consistently so. And they go on and off with making the playoffs. Sometimes they do sometimes they don't. Only 10 playoff wins combined among the 4 for an average of 2.5 playoff wins per each of those QBs.
Well seeing as how he’s been in the top 10 of every list made by NFL personnel this summer, I have to question your IQ.Dak is not even in anybody’s. Top 15. Let alone top 8.
